SNG 586 was in Shrewsbury on the long D75 when photographed. This was converted to Gardner engine by Crosville before the divide. 




DVG 460 (the Coal Bus). In the early paint layout for deckers were the green stops on the top roof, & does not come down the pillers like DVG 470 below.


DVG 470 In Oswestry bus station taken just before Midland Red North took over, note it still has an Crosville NBC Dest, blind from 1980's.


DVG 520 Started life in Wrecsam depot where most deckers had the Chesterlink vinlys applied for service D1 Wrecsam - Chester. When Wrecsam Depot shut in 1989 Oswestry recived four of the VR's.


DOG 192 one of three buses route branded Dragonline service 2 Chester - Wrecsam - Oswestry - Shrewsbury. Oswestry ran two buses, DOG 192 & DVG 511 (without Dragonline vinlys just a yellow centre) with Wrecsam depot one bus DOG 191.


ERG 283 was seen in Welshpool while working the town service.


EOG211 was on loan for a social club outing. Its usual haunts being the Chester to Bangor & beyond Cymru Coastliner.
